With the exception of the following listed items, all purchases made from
ESAD ARMS LLC carry a fourteen (14) calendar day return period that starts
the day of receipt of the order as reported by the delivery service. Within
that time, a customer may return items ordered for a full refund (less shipping
costs if the entire order is returned) as long as they are unopened and unused.
If the packaging has been opened and/or the items used, the items may still be
returned however will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final.
- Upper Receivers
- Trigger Systems
- Limited Capacity Magazines
- Bolt Carrier Groups
Prior to returning an
authorized item, please send an email to email@example.com
referencing the order number and item(s) being returned. Any shipment that
arrives without prior notification will be marked "Return to Sender"
and returned at the sender's expense.
The customer is responsible for arranging shipping of any returned items. ESAD
ARMS LLC highly recommends the use of an insured, trackable method of returning
products such as UPS or FedEx. Responsibility for products damaged in transit
while returning items is the responsibility of the customer, not ESAD ARMS LLC.
Once the returned item is received, the customer will be notified of the
progress of the return.
Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of
shipping deducted from the returned amount
FFL Returns (Transfer Was Declined)
In the event an FFL item is transferred to a dealer and the customer is declined (fails a background check or is otherwise prohibited from ownership), the customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee as well as the actual shipping of the item back to ESAD ARMS LLC. When the item has been received back to ESAD ARMS LLC, a check will be mailed to the customer covering the balance of the item less the 20% restocking fee.
Gunbroker Cancellations or Non-Payment
The minutes an order is placed on gunbroker, ESAD ARMS LLC is charged listing fees and auctions fees. A request can be filed for re-payment through gunbroker but they will not provide a refund for accidental purchases or a change of mind after a purchase was made. There are several deliberate steps on gunbroker to make a purchase to minimize an accidental purchase. Therefore, any request made to gunbroker on our behalf would affect your standing with gunbroker as non-payment.
However, we will accept a gunbroker order to be canceled for a 10% restocking fee to recover costs incurred during the auction. After a restocking fee has been successfully paid, positive feedback will be left as to not reflect an unsatisfactory transaction and damage your rating and good standing with gunbroker.
Warranty and Repairs
